Community first
We are proud to be part of Kilrea. We know our regulars by name and we are always glad to help a neighbour out.
Home / About
For over thirty years we have kept Kilrea moving — a family-run forecourt and shop where good value meets a genuinely warm welcome.
1994 where it all began
Kilrea Service Station opened its doors in 1994 and has been a fixture of village life ever since. What began as a simple filling station has grown, over the years, into the handy one-stop shop that so many people in Kilrea rely on today.
The station is run by the Bradley family, led by Kenneth Bradley, who has always believed that a good local shop should feel like an extension of the community it serves. That means fair prices, shelves stocked with the things people actually need, and staff who take the time to say hello.
Cars have changed, the shop has grown and the range has widened — but the welcome behind the counter is exactly the same as it was on day one.
We have never tried to be the biggest — just the most helpful, reliable stop in the village.
We are proud to be part of Kilrea. We know our regulars by name and we are always glad to help a neighbour out.
Fair, clear pricing on fuel and in the shop — the kind of straightforward dealing that keeps people coming back.
Open seven days a week, early and late, so we are on hand for the school run, the commute and everything in between.
Fuel, groceries, papers and a coffee in one quick stop — because your time matters.
A clean forecourt and an orderly shop that is easy to get around, whatever you have called in for.
Independently owned and personally looked after — not a faceless chain, but your local station.
You will find us on the Garvagh Road as it runs through Kilrea, a well-placed stop for anyone travelling between the town and the surrounding countryside of Co Londonderry. Whether you live just around the corner or you are passing through on a longer journey, we are an easy, familiar place to pull in.
Over the years we have watched a lot of the village grow up around us — children who once came in for sweets now fill up here on their way to work. That continuity is something we treasure, and it is exactly why we keep doing what we do.
Pop in for fuel, a paper and a coffee, or just to say hello. There is always someone glad to help.
